Challenge
The site should contain the materials from the Congress: speeches, programs, decrees, etc. The design should contain national emblems and Congress emblems.

Solution
We have created relatively strict design of an information site, styled to appear as .org

We have also re-designed Congress logo, which then served the basis for the site design.
