Solution
The site features clearly present "military" design. Sharp "titanium" facets of information blocks combine with rough metallic texture of navigation elements.

We have developed the resource’s structure. The main navigation is carried out through double-level menu containing information products, offered by "ARMS-TASS" Agency. The left column is given to the latest news. The middle column contains a large photo, headlines of the articles and main events. The right column briefs the achievements of Russian military industry.
